Retirement Planning & Pensions
It is increasingly important to put in place and review a good benefit strategy for both directors and employees as an integral part of a successful company. A good pension and employee benefit strategy will enable your company to attract and retain the skilled personnel necessary to meet the challenges of a very competitive business environment. We can advise on:

Employee Benefit Schemes
This is an important area for many companies, to provide benefits for their staff, and covers areas such as group pension schemes, death in service, group private medical insurance, income protection and group critical illness cover.

We can arrange the setting up of all different types of schemes both small and large and have negotiated preferential terms for clients with smaller numbers of staff, who will benefit from receiving better terms by coming under the Goodwille Group Benefit umbrella.

We are also able to provide a review service for clients who have existing schemes.

Tax Planning
We can help you maximise your tax allowances and where appropriate utilise offshore investments and other tax efficient arrangements, in conjunction with Goodwille Limited.

Business Protection – Key Person & Shareholder Protection
This is another important area for businesses especially those who have key personnel. We can work with our clients here, to assess the impact on the key person dying or becoming critically ill and make recommendations to protect against this liability and the consequential loss this would create to the company. This service also extends to include advice to shareholders, so that arrangements can be put in place to allow surviving shareholders to buyout the deceased shareholders stake in the business to ensure business continuity.

Investment Advice & Portfolio Management
When selecting the most appropriate savings and investment schemes, it is important to consider not just the funds available, but also individual circumstances and requirements. We are very active in this area and provide a portfolio management service giving quarterly reviews called our Strategic Portfolio Service which aims to out-perform industry benchmarks.

Mortgages & Finance
Our mortgage advisory service gives you access to over 4,000 mortgage schemes for:
  • Residential purchase or re-mortgage
  • Fast track or no evidence of income schemes
  • Buy-to-Let and investment property mortgages
  • Commercial mortgages

There may be a fee charged for mortgage advice. The amount will depend upon your circumstances. Any fee would usually range from zero up to a maximum of 1% of the loan arranged. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on the mortgage.

General Financial Planning
This will include areas such as inheritance tax planning, family protection including life assurance and critical illness cover.
