We have been growing steadily for more than a decade now; ever since 1997, when we broke away from a London law firm to establish a business providing tailor-made services to Nordic companies
bringing their business into the UK.

As our founder, Annika Åman Goodwille, remembers it:

“It was the early 1990s, and I was working at a law firm. I was in touch with a lot of people who were starting to do business in the UK, noticing that they all went to see a lawyer, an accountant and others to get the advice they needed.

“I also spotted that there was nobody coordinating it, holding it all together; that things – important things – were being missed, falling to the wayside.

“That was when I saw the need for someone with a broad network, who could take care of companies’ legal and financial matters in an independent and efficient way – a qualified Company Secretary who would make sure that every piece of the puzzle fits together.”

Working to Annika’s vision, we have since helped more than 500 companies find their way into the UK market, consistently demonstrating the kind of values that continue to shape our business to this day: professionalism, approachability, community and progressiveness.

Today, we have a client base of more than 350 companies across Europe, all of which are benefiting from the wealth of experience we have gained working with all sorts of different businesses, cultures and situations – experience that puts us in a position to understand and help with the full range of issues a company might encounter when coming to the UK.
